BP Fails Booming School 101 Gulf Oil Spill

This is an amazing video, a la John Goodman's rants on HBO's Treme. I love it. She takes down BP, Obama and the media. There's a lot of profanity in the second half, but it's profanity that's done well, in the service of teaching us about booming, or the method for limiting oil spills. And I for one fucking approve.

Skip to 2:00 minutes to learn about "fucking proper fucking booming," which it seems British Petroleum hasn't been doing well.

Here's a reminder for media folks: "All media contacts, please consult actual booming experts. There are about 100. If you can't find one in time for your show tonight, you're a bad fucking journalist. Now finding one that's not afraid of BP, that might be a challenge, but you're fucking up to it."
