That's really all there is to say.
The Church is a (non-relegious) longtime art and DIY space in Minneapolis. Hundreds of boring, smoky, transcendently fun nights happened there.
But, the hospital wants to expand, and it is more than happy to violate the thirty year old agreement it made with the neighborhood not to move onto that side of 26th Avenue. Meanwhile, Rybak has declared all of Chicago Avenue a medical corridor. God help anyone who lives there, because surely no one else in this city will.
